By providing a wide range of recovery based services dedicated to restoring health, our primary goal is focused on preparing people with disabilities, the necessary skills to assume responsibility for their own long-term care the organization Is exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes under 501C3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code .
Our History
A Place 4 Change was established in 2013 as an Atlanta based social service agency striving to enhance the quality of life and self-sufficiency of adults 18 and over who suffer from drug and alcohol abuse, mental health diagnosis and disabilities.
